Service Description

1. Full disassembly of the pipette 2. Visual & functional inspection 3. Thorough cleaning internally & externally 4. Seals O-rings replacement 5. Shafts, friction rings, and plungers (as needed) 6. Relubrication of piston 7. Make internal adjustments when necessary 8. Repairs on single channel pipettes are included in the service cost if the part doesn’t exceed the cost of service. (ejectors & dials extra) 9. Gravimetric calibration with pipette adjustment at 2-settings (low and high) and 4 measurements at each setting 10. Thermal and smudge-free calibration label added 11. service warranty covering calibration, parts replaced, AS WELL AS all malfunctions that may occur due to improper pipetting technique, etc. Onsite calibration.
