Included Services:

Complete disassembly and cleaning (internal & external)

Piston inspection, polishing, and lubrication

Replacement of seals, O-rings, and wear parts (as needed)

Leak and functional testing

Gravimetric calibration at 2 volume points (typically 10%, and 100%)

Smudge proof label affixed to the pipette, and Work Order Report generated with PASS/ FAIL Calibration Status.

Calibration Certificate according to ISO/IES 17025 accreditation
For Clinical labs and GLP/GMP Certification.
This service includes an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration certificate with “As-Left” data based on four gravimetric measurements at low and high volume settings. Key performance metrics—%CV, %Accuracy, and Mean—are automatically calculated and reported.
Measurement uncertainty is accounted for using a 95% confidence level, with an expanded uncertainty (k=2), ensuring that results remain fully within specified tolerance limits.
